From the press floor to CEO

Jason learned this business from the ground up. He started in 1992 as a union press operator, CWA #5, then moved into graphics and management, and by 2005 he owned and ran the company as President of Hessprint Graphics.

In 2022 he and Shannon Crisci became Proforma Hess-Crisci Solutions. Jason leads business operations and growth, and specializes in commercial print, branded merchandise strategy and integrated marketing, with deep experience in e-commerce, on-demand programs and online company store technology. He helps clients streamline purchasing, keep their brand consistent and scale with efficiency, with Proforma’s national resources behind them.

The press-floor start still shows. Jason knows what a logo needs before it goes on a shirt, a box or a press sheet, and he would rather solve a problem at the proof than at the delivery.
