What lands on an HR desk that should not
Welcome kits that go out late or incomplete. Uniform orders that bounce between managers and vendors. Recognition items nobody remembers to order until the anniversary has passed. Requests from every location, in every size, with no record of who approved what.
None of this is HR's real job. All of it lands there anyway. We take it on.
What we can run for you
- New-hire and onboarding kits, assembled, stored and shipped when you trigger them.
- Employee uniform and apparel programs with approved garments and logos.
- An employee store where people order approved items themselves, within the budgets and rules you set.
- Service awards, milestone gifts and recognition items, delivered to the person or the location.
- Event and culture items for company meetings, benefits fairs and anniversaries.
An employee store that fits how HR works
Stores run on Proforma's ProStores platform, and we manage them for you. Features such as user groups and permissions, budgets and cost centers, approval workflows, redemption codes and reporting are available for programs that need them. We tell you which ones fit yours, and we say so if a smaller store will do the job.
The point is simple. Your people order what they are allowed to order, you see what was ordered, and nobody in HR is the middleman.
How we start
A 20-minute conversation about what you are trying to do and who it is for. Then a presentation built around that, and a working demo store with your brand on it, so you can see the experience your employees would have before you commit to anything.
If a kit is the first step, we start there. Many HR teams begin with onboarding and add uniforms or a store after the first program runs well.
Jason Hess and Shannon Crisci own the business and stay on your account. PHCS has been trusted with brands since 1978 and is backed by Proforma, a top-five distributor on both 2026 industry rankings, with 550+ preferred supplier partners behind us. When a new hire starts Monday and the kit is not ready, you call us and a person answers.
Tell us what you're working on.
From a single project to an ongoing program, we start with a 20-minute conversation and come back with a plan.
