Deadlines that do not move
An event has one date. The booth ships, the conference opens, the award is presented. If the items are late, there is no second chance. That is why event work rewards planning, honest timelines and someone who tells you early when something is at risk.
We work backward from your date: when it has to be in hand, when it ships, when production starts, and when we need your approvals. Then we tell you plainly if the plan does not fit.
- Your dateIn hand, set up, ready
- ShipsTo the venue, hotel or several locations
- PackedKits assembled, labeled
- ProductionAfter your proof approval
- TodayA 20-minute conversation
Read right to left: we plan backward from the date.
Trade shows and conferences
- Booth graphics, banners, displays and signage that match your brand
- Giveaways chosen for the audience, not the catalog
- Attendee kits and welcome bags, assembled and shipped to the venue
- Apparel for the team working the booth
- Printed handouts and packaging that match everything else
We can ship to one venue or to several, and we can coordinate with your travel and logistics team.
Awards and recognition
Recognition works when it feels specific. A service award, a safety milestone, a top-performer gift, a retirement. We help you choose items that fit the person and the moment, and we handle engraving, decoration, packaging and delivery.
For ongoing recognition, a store or a redemption program lets recipients choose what they want, within the rules and budget you set.
Corporate and client gifts
Client gifts are a form of marketing. The right one is remembered, and the wrong one is forgotten by the time the box is open. We start with who is receiving it and what you want them to feel, then recommend options at the budget you set. Your budget is a ceiling, not a target, and we will say when a simpler option will do the job better.
For a recurring gifting program, we can set up a store, hold inventory and ship on your schedule.
How an event project runs
We start with a 20-minute conversation about the event, the audience and the date. We build a short presentation of options, you narrow it down, and we send proofs for your approval. Production, packing and delivery follow, with updates along the way. Pricing, minimums and production time vary by item, and we confirm them for the items you choose before you commit.
If an item cannot meet your date, we tell you that day and offer an alternative.
Ideas when you do not know where to start
If you have a budget, a date and an audience but no idea, that is a good place to begin. Tell us what you are planning and we will send ideas, organized so you can react quickly.
You work with Jason Hess and Shannon Crisci, owners of a business trusted with brands since 1978 and backed by Proforma, a top-five distributor on both 2026 industry rankings. We answer the phone, including the week before your event.

Can you help with ideas on a budget?
See what we can create.
From a single project to an ongoing program, we start with a 20-minute conversation and come back with a plan.
