Working with us
How does a project start?
With a 20-minute conversation. We ask who the item is for, what the moment is, how many people or locations are involved, and when it has to arrive. Then we build a short presentation around what you told us.
Who will I work with?
Jason Hess and Shannon Crisci own the business, take the first call and stay on your account.
Do you give pricing up front?
Minimums, pricing and production time vary by product and decoration method, so we give you those numbers for the items you are actually considering, before you commit. A budget you give us is a ceiling, not a target.
Do you serve clients outside Pennsylvania?
Yes. We serve clients nationwide and can ship to every location you have. Behind us are 200+ Proforma Support Center experts in Cleveland, Ohio, and Tampa, Florida, plus a remote-first team serving the network nationwide.
Merchandise and apparel
Can you match a color or a brand standard?
We work from your brand guidelines and approved logo files, and we send a proof showing the color and placement before production.
Can you source something I saw somewhere else?
Often yes. Send us a photo or a link and we will tell you what is available and what it requires.
Do I have to order a lot?
It depends on the item and the decoration method. We give you the requirements for each product you are considering before you decide.
What if our logo does not embroider well?
We will show you options, including simplified versions, and nothing changes without your approval.
Can employees order apparel for themselves?
Yes, through a company store or an approval process you control.
Print, packaging and union printing
Can you print and mail in one step?
We handle direct mail projects, and we confirm list and mailing requirements with you before production.
Do you do large-format signage and trade show graphics?
Yes. Tell us the size, the location and the date, and we will recommend a format.
Do you print with a union bug?
Yes, through Hessprint Union Solutions, CWA #5. Tell us at the start that your project requires it, and we will plan pieces that need it alongside pieces that do not.
Company stores and fulfillment
How big does a program need to be for a store?
Not very. A Popup store can be a good starting point for an event or a small group, and you can grow into a larger store. Company Store FAQ →
Do you store the inventory?
Warehousing and inventory management are part of what we plan with you, and we confirm the details for your program.
Can HR trigger a kit without a long email chain?
That is the goal. A store or a simple request process can make it a few clicks.
Can you ship to multiple locations?
Yes. Tell us the list and we plan the shipping with the order, to locations or direct to individuals.
Events and recognition
How early should we start?
As early as you can. Tell us the date and we will tell you what is realistic.
Can you ship to the venue?
Yes. We coordinate delivery to the venue, the booth or the hotel, and we confirm the details with the event team.
Can you help with ideas on a budget?
Yes. Give us the budget, the audience and the date, and we will send options organized for a quick yes or no.
