Proforma Hess-Crisci Solutions began as Quickprint in 1978 and grew through Hess Commercial Printing, HessPrint and Proforma Hess Solutions into the company it is today. Jason Hess and Shannon Crisci run it, with the resources of Proforma behind them.
The printing story begins (1978)
In 1978, Quickprint opened as a printing business, and grew through Hess Commercial Printing, Inc., HessPrint and HessPrint Graphics, and later Proforma Hess Solutions, to Proforma Hess-Crisci Solutions today.
The business has grown through several names while keeping the same practical, service-first approach.

A Crisci legacy of invention
Clem C. Crisci was an inventor and businessman associated with Northern Engineering & Plastics Corp. In January 1985 he filed two patent applications for tamper-proof container closures. Both were assigned to Northern Engineering and Plastics Corp.: U.S. Patent 4,561,553, "Snap on twist off tamper-proof closure for containers" (filed Jan 22, 1985; granted Dec 31, 1985), and U.S. Patent 4,589,561, "Tamper-proof closure for containers" (filed Jan 11, 1985; granted May 20, 1986).
That inventive, hands-on spirit remains part of the perspective Shannon brings to the business today.

Jason in the business
Jason started on the press floor in 1992 as a union press operator, CWA #5, at Quickprint, then moved into graphics and management. He became Vice President of Hess Quickprint Commercial in 2000, President of Hess Commercial Printing in 2003, and President and Owner of Hessprint Graphics in 2005. More than 30 years in, he leads the business as CEO and Owner, with deep experience in commercial print, branded merchandise, e-commerce and online company stores.
Chapter 4Shannon's leadership
Shannon joined Hess Commercial Printing in 2012 as an account manager and rose through executive assistant to the president and vice president of national sales, then vice president of sales and marketing at Hessprint Graphics. She became President and Partner of Proforma Hess-Crisci Solutions in 2022 and Co-CEO and Owner in 2023. Today she leads strategic sourcing, customer experience, fulfillment strategy and our ProStores online company store programs.
Jason and Shannon, together
One partnership, personal service, backed by Proforma. Jason and Shannon have worked side by side since 2012, and since January 2022 they have led the business together as Proforma Hess-Crisci Solutions.
Chapter 6Today
Branded merchandise, apparel, print, packaging, company stores, fulfillment and events, for organizations across the country. Union printing continues through Hessprint Union Solutions, CWA #5.
