When your team does not look like one team
Walk into three of your locations. Count the logo versions, the shades of navy, the jackets from three different vendors. Everyone meant well. Nobody was in charge of the whole picture.
An apparel program puts one owner on the whole picture: one approved logo file, one set of approved garments, one place to order, and one team that makes sure what arrives matches what you approved.
What we provide
- Corporate apparel from retail and performance brands: polos, outerwear, knits, performance wear, tees and headwear
- Employee uniform programs for teams that need to be identified and presentable every day
- Brand-name and private-label options, chosen to fit your culture and your budget
- Decoration selected to fit the garment, artwork and intended use
- Size planning and personalization options reviewed with your team
- Apparel stores so people order their own sizes, and reorders that match the last order
We build the selection with you, so employees choose from a short approved list instead of the whole internet.
Decoration methods

Decoration and approvals
We match the method to the fabric and the logo, place the decoration consistently, and send proofs for your approval before production. If a logo has fine detail that will not embroider well, we tell you and show you the options. We do not approve art, choose thread or ink colors, or start production on your behalf. You decide, we execute.
Ordering that does not need a spreadsheet
For ongoing programs, the easiest way to manage apparel is a company store: your employees order their approved items themselves, within the rules you set, and the order comes to us to fulfill. Stores run on Proforma's ProStores platform, and we run them for you. Store options range from a small pop-up store to a full enterprise store.
If a store is more than you need today, we can manage ordering by email and approval, and move to a store when the program is ready for it.
Sizing, reorders and the details nobody plans for
Programs break on details: a size run that sold out, a new hire who starts Monday, a location that opens next quarter. We plan for reorders, new hires and growth from the start, and we tell you what each garment and decoration method requires before you commit. Pricing, minimums and production time vary by item, and we confirm them item by item.
If you are replacing an existing uniform vendor, we will work from what you have now, keep what works, and fix what does not, so the changeover is calm.

Why bring this to us
Apparel is where brands drift fastest: a different shade, a smaller logo, a garment that shrinks. We set the standard once and hold it, and we stay on the account when the next order comes in. Jason Hess and Shannon Crisci run the business and stay on your account. We have been trusted with brands since 1978, and we are backed by Proforma, a top-five distributor on both 2026 industry rankings, with 550+ preferred supplier partners behind us.
