Shannon joined the business in 2012 as an account manager and learned it from the client’s side of the table: what buyers need, how decisions get made and what it takes to keep a promise. She went on to serve as executive assistant to the president, vice president of national sales and vice president of sales and marketing.
In 2022 she became President and Partner of Proforma Hess-Crisci Solutions, and in 2023 Co-CEO and Owner. Today she leads customer experience, fulfillment strategy and the development of our online company store programs, and she oversees our ProStores technology so clients have streamlined, on-demand ordering that supports consistency, speed and growth.
Clients know her for customer service that does not let things slip, and for her depth in promotional products, apparel programs, logistics and e-commerce, for organizations in healthcare, finance, manufacturing, education and technology.
