Where your team's time goes
Somewhere in your organization, a capable person is hand-stuffing packets, counting shirts into boxes or driving to the post office. That is not the work they were hired to do.
Kitting and fulfillment take that work off your plate. Your items are assembled to a plan, stored until they are needed, and shipped when they are triggered.
What we handle
- Kitting and assembly: items, inserts and printed pieces packed to your specification.
- Warehousing and inventory: your branded goods held and counted so you know what you have.
- Multi-location distribution: shipments to every office, branch or event, or direct to individuals.
- New-hire kits: built around your culture, stored, and shipped when HR triggers them.
- Event and conference kits: packed, labeled and delivered where the event is.
- Recurring programs: reorders that follow a schedule, so nothing runs out unnoticed.
We match each program to the right PHCS, Proforma or approved partner resources and remain your point of contact throughout.
Two ways it gets used
Use case 1Employee onboarding
Apparel, branded merchandise, printed welcome materials and packaging, assembled into one kit and shipped to the new hire's home before day one.
New-Hire & Onboarding Kits
Use case 2An event program
Displays, staff apparel, giveaways and printed collateral, packed as kits and delivered to the venue, the hotel or several locations.
Events & RecognitionBuilt from the same pieces as everything else
Kits are only as good as what goes in them. Because we also source merchandise and apparel, produce print and packaging, and run stores, we can make the contents, the printed card, the box and the ship-out one program with one point of contact.
It is also why a kit program rarely stays small. Teams that start with a new-hire kit often add a store, uniforms or recognition, and we do not need to start over.
What we need from you to start
- How many kits, how often, and to how many places.
- What goes in them, or what you want them to say about your company.
- Who triggers them: HR, a manager, a sales leader or an event team.
- Where they ship, and any deadlines.
From there we propose a plan with the contents, packaging, storage and shipping, and we confirm costs and timing for your specific program before you commit.
