Company stores

Your brand. Your store. Less work for your team.

A branded online store where your people order approved products, built on Proforma's ProStores platform and set up and managed by PHCS.

ProStores is Proforma's own platform, with more than 12,500 active company stores running on it (Proforma, May 2025). Yours would be set up, stocked and managed by Jason and Shannon.

Want one with your logo on it?

Book a 60-minute online store demo. We walk through the platform, show the level that fits your program and, if you like what you see, talk through a tailored store concept for your brand and products.

The demo companies, people and products are examples. Nothing in a demo store is ordered or charged.

Why companies build stores

Ordering branded items by email is slow for everyone. Someone collects requests, someone checks the logo, someone chases a vendor, someone ships boxes. A company store replaces that with one site where approved items are always available, in the right sizes, ready to order.

Your people get what they need without asking. You keep control of what is offered and who can buy it. We handle the rest.

What we do, and what the platform does

The platform gives your store its ordering, groups and permissions, and reporting. We do the human work: choosing and setting up the products, getting your logo and colors right, loading the catalog, answering your team's questions, managing inventory and fulfillment, and fixing problems when they come up.

Features such as user groups, approval workflows, budgets and cost centers, redemption codes and digital gift cards are available for programs that need them. We will tell you which ones fit yours.

How we get your store live

Store fees, setup cost and timing depend on your program, and we confirm everything in writing before you commit.

Step 1

A 20-minute conversation

Who the store is for, what they should be able to order, and how ordering works today. Jason or Shannon, your choice.

Book 20 Minutes
Step 2

A demo with your brand on it

A 60-minute walkthrough of the platform, then a demo store with your logo and products you would actually offer, so you can click through it and show your team.

Step 3

Build, launch, stay on the account

We load the approved products, set the rules, launch, and keep managing the store: reorders, new items, questions from your people.

Questions we hear

How big does a program need to be?
Not very. A Popup store can be a good starting point for an event or a small group, and you can grow into a larger store.
Who decides what is in the store?
You do. We recommend, you approve.
Can different groups see different products?
User groups and permissions are available on the Advanced level, and we will confirm how they would work for your program.
Who answers questions from our employees?
We handle the human side of the store, including product questions and order problems, and we will agree on the details with you.
What does a store cost?
Costs depend on the store level and the program: product pricing, decoration, shipping, and any setup or management fees. We give you the full picture on the first call, in writing, before you commit. Some platform features include setup and / or ongoing fees.
